- * Unauthorized Use of Title Don Bosco in any form is punishable as per Trade Mark act 1999.
- The Trademark/Service mark DONBOSCO was given to the Salesian Fathers by our trust by an registered agreement dated 17-sept.2012 on consideration.
- The rights to franchise a certain number of schools was kept by our trust through the agreement.
